Track your doses with Today

Updated Oct 16, 2026 · Applies to Web, iPhone, and Android · All plans

Today is where you add what you run and log each entry against its schedule. Add a peptide asks how much, how often, and what time, and from then on entries land here every day: one tap logs one, vials show what is left, a journal holds your weight and how you feel, and reminders come to your phone. It is free on every plan. It records what you tell it; it never tells you what to do.

Open Today

On the web

Select Today in the sidebar.

On iPhone and on Android

Open the menu and tap Today.

Getting started

With nothing in My Stack, Today is one card, Set up your tracker: what the tracker does in four lines, one Add a peptide button, and a button for each compound you named at sign-up. There is nothing to skip; the first thing you add is the first thing on the page.

Add a peptide

The plus at the top of Today opens the same flow as My Stack, one screen per question: what you are adding, how much per entry, the schedule, a review, and an interaction check. The steps are in Save what you are researching in My Stack. Add to Today on the review saves it.

Today confirms the add with Undo. When an entry is due today, or the item is As needed, the receipt also offers Log first entry, which opens the log sheet on it.

Set a schedule

The schedule is set when you add the item, so an item you add yourself appears on Today at once. An item added from a chat arrives without a time, and its row under Your stack reads No time set with Morning, Evening, and Custom beside it. One tap schedules it from the item's frequency.

Start on a Planned row schedules it for mornings with one tap. The receipt reads "Scheduled mornings at" the time, with Change to pick another.

To change a schedule, open the item from its row and select Change on its Schedule card: up to four times of day, how many days apart for an item set to Every few days, the days of the week for a weekly or twice-weekly item, an optional cycle of days on and days off counted from the item's start date, and a Reminders switch for that item. Clear schedule takes it off Today again. An item marked As needed has no times and no reminders, and Today offers it under As needed entries.

Log an entry

The day opens with a card for each time that still has something open, such as Morning · 8:00 AM, with one row per entry: the item's glyph, its name, its dose, and a ring. Tap the ring to log that entry with the item's dose, the next injection site in rotation, and the vial in use. Log all on the card logs every open entry at once. Select the item's name instead to open the log sheet and change any of it:

  • Time: Now, or Earlier to pick when it happened.
  • Amount: the item's dose, which you can change for this entry. An item with no dose asks for one.
  • Site: the injection site, for items given under the skin or into muscle.
  • Note: anything about this entry.

Skip records that you did not log the entry, with a reason: Forgot, Out of supply, Felt off, or Rest day. Out of supply also marks the item's vial finished.

Select the card's title to answer a whole time at once. The sheet lists each entry with a Skipped and a Logged button side by side and Log all above them; choosing Skipped asks for the reason, and selecting the chosen button again undoes it. Done closes the sheet. Each choice is saved as you make it.

Once logged, an entry moves to the Logged card, grouped by the time you logged it, with how long ago. Select a group to open the same sheet and change a Logged to a Skipped or undo one. When every entry of the day is logged, the day card reads All entries logged today. An entry that is still open 2 hours after its time is shown in amber. There are no streaks, scores, or percentages. You can edit or remove any past entry from the item's history.

As needed entries, under the day, logs an entry for an As needed item: it asks which item, then opens the same log sheet.

Your stack and interactions

Your stack lists what is running, planned, or paused, each row with its glyph, dose, schedule, and anything that needs attention, and opens the item. Edit opens My Stack. Under it, Interactions shows the standing result of the interaction check over your whole stack and the medications and conditions on your profile: None found, or how many warnings. Open it to read each warning and to see what the check could see. ChatPEP checks the rules it has; it cannot check for everything, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. See Interaction warnings.

The week

The strip above the day shows one dot per day: filled when everything that day is logged, a ring when something is still open, none when nothing is scheduled. Tap a day to see it. Week shows all seven days at once; on a wide screen, the days are columns, and you can drag an entry to a different part of the day to move its time. In the iPhone and Android apps, Week view is also under More at the foot of Today, beside Reminders and Journal.

Vials

An item can have a vial: the amount on the label, the water you added, and when you mixed it. Save one from the item's Vial card with New vial, which opens the reconstitution calculator, or from the calculator itself with Save as vial, which asks which item it belongs to. The card shows the concentration and the units per dose, a bar of what is left, about how many days and doses remain at the schedule, and a use-by date 28 days after mixing that you can change. Every entry you log draws from the vial, so the bar moves as you log. Adjust remaining corrects it after a spill or a shared vial, and Finished ends it. A new vial replaces the one in use. Under 7 days left, the bar turns amber, and the item's row on Today says about how many days are left.

Journal

The card at the foot of Today, How are you today?, takes a weight, a set of how you feel (nausea, headache, fatigue, and so on), and a note, one entry per day. A weight you enter here also updates the weight on your profile. Journal lists every day. On paid plans, a weight trend appears once you have seven weights. Weight trends are the one part of the tracker that is not on Free.

Ask about today

Ask about today at the foot of Today, and Ask about this on an item, start a chat with a question about the day or the item attached. The answer reads what you logged and answers from the research about timing, consistency, and effects. It counts against your plan's daily messages like any other message. You can also ask in any chat: a question that turns on what you did, such as how consistent you were this month, reads your log and shows the days it looked at.

Schedules from an answer

A table of studied protocols in an answer has Add to schedule beside Add on each row. It opens a card that states what the source studied, with the times you can change, and Add to schedule puts the item in My Stack as running, with its schedule and reminders, and an Undo. When you tell the chat a time in your own words, such as "remind me at 8 every morning", it shows the same card. Nothing is added to your schedule until you accept a card. The chat never proposes a schedule from its own knowledge, only from a cited protocol or from what you said.

What Today is not

Today keeps a record of what you tell it and shows it back to you. It does not suggest an amount, a time, or a compound, and a reminder only repeats the time you set. See Research only: what that means.
