ChatPEP now keeps track of what you run. Today is where you add what you take, set when it happens, and log each entry with one tap, and My Stack is the list of compounds and blends it all rests on. Both are free on every plan. They record what you tell them; they never tell you what to do.
One place for what you run
Open Today from the sidebar on the web or the menu on iPhone. Add a peptide asks three things: what you are adding, how much per entry, and the schedule. From then on, entries land on Today every day at the times you set. Tap the ring beside one to log it, or Log all to answer a whole time of day at once. An entry you skip is recorded too, with the reason.
Vials that count down
Save a vial from the reconstitution calculator and every entry you log draws from it. The card shows the concentration, the units per dose, a bar of what is left, and about how many days remain at your schedule, so you know before the vial runs dry.
A journal, and a chat that reads it
The foot of Today takes a weight, how you feel, and a note, one entry per day. Ask about today starts a chat with the day attached, and the answer reads what you logged and answers from the research. Interaction warnings now check your whole stack against the medications and conditions on your profile, and the standing result sits under Your stack.
Reminders on iPhone
Reminders arrive on your iPhone at the times you set on each item. Change a schedule on the web and it reaches your phone within a minute.
What it is not
Today does not suggest an amount, a time, or a compound. A reminder repeats the time you set, nothing more. The full guide is in the Help Center.
