Try ChatPEP

Ask for a copy of your data, or a correction

Updated Oct 16, 2026 · Applies to Web, iPhone, and Android · All plans

You can correct most of your information yourself in Settings. For a copy of your data, or to change your email address or date of birth, contact support.

Correct your information

Most of what ChatPEP knows about you is yours to edit:

  • Name and photo: in Settings, under Account. On iPhone and on Android, tap your photo at the top of Settings, or open Profile.
  • Goals, conditions, medications, height, and weight: in Settings, under Biometrics. The substances you check against are under Interaction warnings. You can also tell ChatPEP in a chat, and it updates your profile with an undo button.
  • Experience level and language: in Settings, under General on the web, or under Personalization on iPhone and on Android.
  • What you are researching: in My Stack, from the sidebar.

See What ChatPEP knows about you for everything ChatPEP uses to fit answers to you.

Change your email address or date of birth

These two are locked in Settings because your account and age check depend on them. Contact support from the account you want changed, and include the new value. See Change your email or date of birth.

Get a copy of your data

There is no download button yet. To ask for a copy of what ChatPEP holds about you, contact support with the topic Privacy and my data, from the email address on your account. You can also write to support@chatpep.com.

Delete your data

You can delete chats one at a time, all at once, or delete your whole account, all from Data controls. See Archive, restore, and delete chats and Delete your account.
