Save what you are researching in My Stack
Updated Oct 16, 2026 · Applies to Web, iPhone, and Android · All plans
My Stack is a list of the compounds and blends you are researching, saved to your account. Answers take it into account, and interaction warnings check it. It is a record of what you tell ChatPEP, never a recommendation.
Open My Stack
On the web
Select My Stack in the sidebar.
On iPhone and on Android
Open the menu and tap My Stack.
Add an item
The plus at the top of My Stack, Add to your stack, and the plus at the top of Today, Add a peptide, open the same short flow, one screen per question, that saves the item with its schedule. With nothing in My Stack yet, the page offers the same button. Only the name is required, and nothing is saved until the last screen's button: Add to stack from My Stack, Add to Today from Today. Answers and interaction warnings use the item at once.
On the web
- Select the plus on My Stack or Today.
- Possible matches. Start typing and choose a match from the list under the field. For a blend, the row shows what it contains. To keep a name that is not listed, choose the last row, which reads Add "name". Choosing a row moves on by itself. Before you type, the list shows the compounds you named at sign-up, then the whole catalog.
- How much per entry? Enter the amount, then its Unit and Route, or select Skip for now to fill them in later.
- Set a schedule. Three cards. How often? reads Daily until you Change it to Twice daily, Every other day, Every few days, Weekly, Twice weekly, 5 days on, 2 off, or As needed. Every few days asks how many days apart, from 2 to 30, counted from the start date. At what time? lists each time with its entry count; Add a time adds another, up to four on any cadence, and the minus beside a time removes it. A weekly or twice-weekly item asks for its weekdays under the card. Duration shows the start date and end date, with Edit to change them and to set Days on and Days off for a cycle. An As needed item has no times to set.
- The review shows the item's name and dose, its Schedule as a card, and the days its entries fall on over the coming weeks. Optional details takes a Notes line, and Remind me is on unless you turn it off. Select Add to stack or Add to Today.
- Interaction check reports what the rules found for the new item against your stack and the medications and conditions on your profile, with Medications and conditions to see what the check knew. Done returns to Today.
On iPhone
The screens are the same, each pushed over the last, so a swipe from the left edge goes back, and the questions are grouped rows the way Settings asks them. On the dose screen, Amount is typed in its row, and Unit and Route open a menu. On the schedule screen, How often opens a menu, each time row has the system's time control, and Duration holds the Start date control with Days on and Days off beneath it. Tap the plus on My Stack or Today, answer each screen, and tap Add to stack or Add to Today. If Remind me is on and this is the first schedule on your phone, ChatPEP asks to send notifications after the interaction check. See Dose reminders.
On Android
The screens are the same, each opening full screen over the last under a back arrow, so the arrow or your phone's back gesture goes back, and the questions are rows the way Settings asks them. On the dose screen, Amount is typed in its row, and Unit and Route open a menu. On the schedule screen, How often opens a menu, each time row shows its time in a button that opens a clock, and Duration holds Start date, which opens a calendar, with Days on and Days off beneath it. Tap the plus on My Stack or Today, answer each screen, and tap Add to stack or Add to Today. If Remind me is on and this is the first schedule on your phone, ChatPEP asks to send notifications after the interaction check. See Dose reminders.
The item joins Running with its schedule, and Today confirms it with Undo and Log first entry. A name ChatPEP does not recognize is saved as you typed it, but answers cannot link it to the research.
How items are organized
Items are grouped under Running, Planned, Paused, and Stopped. Each row leads with a glyph for the item's route, then its name, dose, and schedule, and a line in amber when something needs attention, such as No time set or a vial about to run out. An item you add yourself starts under Running; one you add from an answer starts under Planned.
Select a row to open the item. Its three dots hold Pause, Resume, Start, or Start again to move it between groups, Stop to keep it under Stopped as history, and Remove to delete it from My Stack entirely. Edit on the item changes its details. Start on a Planned item also schedules it for mornings; the receipt names the time, with Change to pick another.
Edit at the top of My Stack turns on an edit mode where every row shows a minus for Remove. Select Done to leave it.
What answers use
Answers and interaction warnings use the items under Running, Planned, and Paused, so a stack you are still putting together is checked before you start it. Items under Stopped are kept for your reference only. ChatPEP treats the list as background rather than something to repeat back to you.
Add from an answer
When you ask about several compounds together, the answer shows them as one table of studied protocols, each row with the source it was drawn from. Every row has an Add button, and the table has Add all to My Stack. An item added this way starts under Planned with the dose, frequency, and route the source states, and the row's button changes to Added. Select Added to remove it again. A compound already in My Stack shows In your stack instead of a button.
The table describes what the cited sources did. Adding a row records what you are researching; it is not a recommendation to use it.
Suggestions from sign-up
If you named compounds when you signed up, My Stack and the empty Today offer each as a button, such as Add BPC-157, and the flow lists them before you type. The button opens the flow with the name filled in, and nothing is added until you save it.
Schedules and vials
Each row in My Stack shows the item's schedule, such as its times and days, and a note when its vial is running out. An item added from a chat reads No time set until you give it one. Select the row to open the item and change the schedule, save a vial, or see its history. Logging what you do against that schedule happens on Today. See Track your doses with Today.
Changes from a chat
When you say in a chat that you have started or stopped something, ChatPEP can add it to My Stack or move it to Stopped for you. Items it adds carry a From chat label, and the answer shows an Undo button. See How ChatPEP updates your profile from a chat.
What My Stack is not
- Not advice. An item in My Stack is not a recommendation to use it, whether you typed it or added it from an answer.
- Not shared. It is private to your account and is left out of shared links.
- Not used in temporary chats. Answers in a temporary chat do not use or change it, though interaction warnings still check it.
My Stack is deleted 365 days after you delete your account.
