ChatPEP on the web, iPhone, and Android
Updated Oct 16, 2026 · Applies to Web, iPhone, and Android · All plans
ChatPEP works in any web browser at chatpep.com, on a computer or a phone. The iPhone app is not on the App Store yet, and the Android app is not on Google Play yet, so for now, use ChatPEP in your phone's browser.
Use ChatPEP on the web
Go to chatpep.com/app in any current browser, and sign in with Google or with a code sent to your email. The site works the same way on a computer and on a phone.
On iPhone, you can keep ChatPEP one tap away: open chatpep.com/app in Safari, open Safari's share menu, and choose Add to Home Screen.
The phone apps
ChatPEP for iPhone is not on the App Store yet, and ChatPEP for Android is not on Google Play yet. Neither can be downloaded. Until they are listed, use ChatPEP in your phone's browser. The rest of this page describes how the apps differ from the web, for when they are available. ChatPEP on Android covers what differs between the two phones.
One account on every device
Sign in to the same account on each device and your chats, My Stack, your profile, and your plan follow you. Your daily messages are counted across all of them together, not per device. See Ways to sign in.

Subscriptions and the apps
You can buy a plan on the web, in the iPhone app, or in the Android app, at the same prices, billed monthly or yearly. A plan bought on iPhone is billed by Apple and managed in your iPhone's Settings. A plan bought on Android is billed through Google Play and managed in the Google Play app. A plan bought on the web is managed on the web, and the apps show it under Settings and Subscription. Wherever you buy it, the plan belongs to your account, so it works everywhere you sign in. See Subscriptions bought on iPhone, Subscriptions bought on Android, and Manage or cancel a subscription.
