Try ChatPEP

Ask your first question

Updated Oct 16, 2026 · Applies to Web, iPhone, and Android · All plans

Type your question in the message box and send it, or select one of the suggested questions on the home screen. ChatPEP answers with citations you can open, and you can keep asking in the same chat.

Before your first question

When you create an account, ChatPEP asks a few short questions, including your goals, your experience with peptides, any medications, and whether to check interactions against alcohol, cannabis, or tobacco, so answers fit you from the start. Your name and date of birth are required. After that, you can select Skip for now and add your goals, experience, and medications later in Settings.

Ask a question

On the web

  1. Go to chatpep.com/app.
  2. Type your question in the message box, where it says Ask anything.
  3. Press Enter, or select Send message. To start a new line instead, press Shift and Enter together.

In a phone's browser, Enter starts a new line, so tap the send button to send.

If you are not signed in, sending takes you to sign in first. Once you are signed in, your question is sent for you.

On iPhone and on Android

  1. Open the menu and tap New chat.
  2. Type your question where it says Ask anything.
  3. Tap Send.

Start from a suggested question

Next to the message box on the home screen is a row of suggested questions. Select one to send it as your question. The reconstitution math suggestion opens the calculator instead, so you can check the numbers without sending a message. See Suggested follow-up questions.

Ask a question that gets a useful answer

  • Name the compound. "What does the research say about BPC-157 and tendon healing?" gets a sharper answer than "What helps tendons heal?"
  • Say what you want to know. What studies found, which side effects were reported, how two compounds compare, or how a compound was dosed in research.
  • Mention what matters about you. If you take a medication, say so or add it to your profile. ChatPEP checks the compounds you ask about against it. See Interaction warnings.
  • Keep going in the same chat. ChatPEP follows the conversation, so a short follow-up like "How long did those studies run?" picks up where the last answer left off.

What happens next

The answer appears below your question, with citations at the ends of sentences and buttons to copy, rate, and share it. How to read an answer walks through each part.

Your chat is saved to your account. On Basic, Research, and Frontier, every chat appears in the sidebar. On Free, you can open your most recent chat, and earlier ones appear once you upgrade. See Chat history and your plan.

Each question you send counts toward your plan's daily messages, including a suggested question you select. Free includes 5 a day. See Message limits and when they reset.

Note: To ask something without saving it to your history, start a temporary chat.
